灾害保险作为减轻灾害损失的重要手段，受到了国际社会的广泛关注。本文评述了德国的自然灾害保险发展体系及保险人、保险业及国家在灾害保险中的职能关系，可为我国开展灾害保险提供借鉴．
As one of the measures to mitigate the losses of natural hazards, the insurance of naturalhazards playS an important role in international community of hazard reduction. A general informationon the integrated syStem of the insurance industry for the insurance of natural hazards in Germany arepresented. Such information is definitely helpful to the initiation of insurance industry for the insurance of natural hazards in China.
