摘要 目的评价依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑出血的疗效和安全性。方法对40例符合条件的脑出血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。两组均常规使用生理盐水250ml加20ml复方丹参注射液静脉滴注,1次/d,治疗组加用依达拉奉注射液30mg静脉滴注,1次/d,使用疗程为14d。结果 14d后两组分别进行临床疗效与ESS评定,治疗组总有效率达到89.1%,显效率为62.1%,而对照组分别为51.2%和39.4%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01和P<0.05)。14d后ESS评分治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑出血具有疗效确切、安全性高的优点。依达拉奉通过消除自由基而抑制细胞膜脂质的过氧化和脑细胞(血管内皮细胞、神经细胞)氧化产生的障碍。对急性脑出血患者的脑血管起到脑保护的作用。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Edaravone Injection with Treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 40 patiants with acute cerebral infraction were randomly divided into a control group of 20 cases and a treatment group of 20 cases.The control group was treated with 20 ml Danshen injection every day.The treatment group was treated with 20 ml Danshen injection every day plus 30 mg edaravone twice a day.Used a course of treatment to be 14 days.Results 14 days later,the clinical effect and ESS was evaluated respectively.The efficiency rate of treatment group was 89.1% and the the response rate was 62.1%.The efficiency rate of control group was 51.2% and response rate was 39.4%.The different between them was significant(P0.01,P0.05).The ESS evaluation of treatment group was better than control group evidently(P0.01).Conclusion Edaravone Injection is a drug for acute cerebral hemorrhage with best curative effect,high security.Edaravone Injection The peroxidation by removing a free radical but restraining the cytomembrane lipid composes in reply the obstacle that the brain cell(blood vessel bast cell、nerve cell)oxide produces.Edaravone Injection plays arrive at brain protection's role to blood vessel of brain of impatient cerebral hemorrhage patient.
