目的:分析NICU(新生儿重症监护室)患儿护理过程中的心电监测的干扰,并提出相应的对策。方法:通过分析新生儿心电监测中的各种干扰源,并针对50Hz交流干扰这一主要的干扰源,提出了解决的有效对策。结果:有效地解决了新生儿护理过程中,心电监测的干扰问题。结论:针对新生儿心电监测中的50Hz交流干扰提出的对策,可以推广使用。

Objective：Disturbs of electrocardiograph monitor for NICU and the corresponding countermeasures are analyzed. Methods： By analyzing disturbs of electrocardiograph monitor for NICU, especially aiming at the 50Hz disturb, the corresponding countermeasures are given. Results： Disturbs of electrocardiograph monitor are cleared up dependably and effectively in NICU. Conclusion： The corresponding countermeasures of electrocardiograph monitor are very good for NICU, which are worth using widely.
