摘要 本文建立了一种测定面粉中溴酸盐的电导离子色谱方法。样品经纯水超声提取溴酸盐后,加入乙腈离心去除提取液中的水溶性大分子及固体杂质,用抑制型离子色谱法检测。采用Shodex IC SI-50 4E阴离子色谱柱,以3.8mM Na2CO3+1.2mM NaHCO3水溶液为淋洗液,流速为0.5mL/min。该方法的最低检出限为0.01mg/L,相对标准偏差小于2.5%,回收率在90.6%至99.8%。该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,样品前处理方法简单,分离效果好,检测成本低,可用于面粉中溴酸盐含量的测定。 A method for determination ofbromate in flour was established. BrO3- in sample was extracted by ultrasonic wave, the water-soluble macromolecules and the solid interferences were removed by acetonitrile protein precipitation and centrifuge.The suppressed ion chromatography with CD detector was used to determine bromate. Chromatography column was Shodex IC SI-50 4E, 3.8mM Na2COs and 1.2mM NaHCOs water solution was used as eluent, the flow rate was 0.5mL/ rain.The lowest detection limit was 0.01mg/L, the relative standard deviation was less than 2.5%,the recovery was 90.6% to 99.8%. The method is sensitive, accurate, sample pretreatment method is simple, low costing, and can be used for bromate analysis in flour.
