摘要
本文采用微波干燥丹参药材,用HPLC方法测定了微波干燥对丹参药材中丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA等主要有效化学成分含量的影响。结果表明,与常规干燥方法相比,微波干燥丹参药材速度快,效率高,物理外观质量更好,但丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的含量低于阴干和晒干法,采用低于60℃控温微波间歇辐射干燥方式可有效保持丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA含量。
A drying methode of medicinal materials of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge is developed by Microwave drying technique. Tanshinone I and Tanshinone IIA as main effective components were determined by HPLC to evaluate the quality of medical material dried. In comparison with drying methods such as insolation, cooldrying and hot-air drying, the microwave drying methode is faster, more efficient with good drying quality, but the contents of Tanshinone I and Tanshinone IIA are lower than insolation and cooldrying. Through controlling temperature below 60℃ by the interval microwave irradiation mode, losses of effective constituents in the material are obviously reduced in the drying process.
