摘要
E363x系列电源是美国Agilent公司生产的一系列程控直流稳压电源,其性能优良、技术指标稳定,被广泛应用于科研、生产的各个环节。该系列电源的常见故障可以分为三大类:(1)实际输出与显示不符;(2)无输出或无法带动负载;(3)电源显示故障。在分析电路原理和结构特点的基础上,本文总结E363x系列电源维修的基本方法和思路,结合实例分析对该系列电源的维修过程进行阐述。
The Agilent E363x is a serial of programmable DC power supply with high performance and provides versatile solutions for scientific research and manufacture of electronic product. In practice, there are three types of troubles： （1） The output is inconsistent with the display; （2） There is no output or the supply can not take the load; （3） There are troubles with the display. On the analysis of theory and circuit structure, the paper provides the troubleshooting method and the procedure detail for the practical troubleshooting.
