摘要
制备不同组分的磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)玻璃,经红外光谱分析(FT-IR)和差热分析(DTA)测定其密度和耐水性,讨论掺加不同摩尔分数的Li2O和Fe2O3对玻璃结构及性能的影响。结果表明:当Li2O摩尔分数为30%,Fe2O3摩尔分数为20%时,玻璃的密度达到最大值2.760 1 g/cm3,而化学稳定性最小值为0.53%。随Li2O摩尔分数的增加、Fe2O3摩尔分数减少,玻璃结构中部分P—O—Fe键向P—O—P键发生转变,且磷氧双键P=O数量逐渐增加,导致玻璃的转变温度及析晶温度降低、密度减小、化学稳定性下降。
Lithium-iron-phosphate glasses were prepared and analyzed by FT-IR and DTA. The density and resistance to water attack of the glasses were measured. The influence of molar fraction of Li2O and Fe2O3 on the structure and property of lithium-iron-phos- phate glasses were discussed. The results show that the glass density is the largest (2. 760 1 g/cm3 ) and its resistance to water attack is the least (0.53%) when the amount of Li2O is 30% and Fe2O3 is 20%. The bond P--O--Fe is replaced by the bond P--O--P in the lithium-iron-phosphate glasses with decreasing Fe2O3 , and the number of P=O bond increases. As a result, the transformation temperature and crystallization temperature, density and chemical stability of the glass decrease.
