摘要
为更准确地评价某地区全年地表水环境质量,将区间值模糊集理论引入到水质综合评价中。以山东省聊城市东昌湖为例,建立地表水标准中不同类别的隶属函数,进而确定区间值模糊综合评判矩阵,给出区间数排序方法,实现对水环境的综合评价。给出新的可信度的定义,使之更符合实际应用的需要。并且讨论两种不同权重、两种不同的区间数排序方法下模型的稳定性,实际评价结果表明模型的合理性和实用性。
The interval-valued fuzzy set theory is introduced to the comprehensive evaluation of surface water quality. It provides a more accurate evaluation of the surface water quality in a certain area for the whole year. The application of this model in Dongchang Lake is given as an example. In this model, different grades of membership functions of evaluation criterion of surface water environment quality are developed, the interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix is determined, and the methods of ranking interval numbers are established. Therefore a comprehensive evaluation of water environment quality can be made. Confidence level is redefined to meet the practical application needs. In addition, the stability of the model is discussed under two different weights and two different methods of ranking interval numbers, showing the rationality and practicality of the model.
