摘要 采用氨性乙醇溶液从甘草中提取甘草酸,以甘草酸含量为指标,结合单因素研究的结果,运用正交实验法对提取温度、料液比和酸沉pH值等因素进行工艺优化;再通过静态吸附、动态吸附与解吸实验,筛选出D-101型大孔树脂及纯化的最佳工艺条件,为甘草酸的提取与精制提供理论依据. This research uses the ammonia and ethanol solution to extract Glycyrrhizic Acid from Liquorice. Taking the contents of Glycyrrhizie Acid as an index, and considering the result of impel factor test, it optimizes the extraction technology in terms of the temperature, rate of material-liquid and pH of acid precipitation and so on, by implementing the orthogonal experiment. The D-101 macroporous adsorption resin is selected by statical adsorption, the best optimum condition is obtained through dynamic adsorption and desorption experiment. And also, it provides the theoretic basis for the extraction and purification techmology of Glycyrrhizic acid.
