摘要
为了建立一种快速简便可用于日本血吸虫病抗体检测的磁珠多肽组合物-ELISA免疫诊断方法,利用蛋白质组学和生物信息学方法筛选日本血吸虫卵可溶性抗原和成虫抗原肽,制备磁珠多肽组合物结合ELISA进行血吸虫病诊断.实验表明,用磁珠多肽组合物-ELISA法诊断急性血吸虫病26例,慢性血吸虫病32例,敏感性分别为96.15%和93.75%;检测肝吸虫病12例,肺吸虫病15例,均为阴性.该方法具有较高的特异性和敏感性,是一种具有开发前景的血吸虫诊断方法.
Magnetic peptides ELISA for diagnosis of schitosomiasis is established by using the SEA and AWA peptides as the target antigens from proteomics and bilinformatics. It is shown that the sensitivity of magnetic peptides ELISA is 96.15% in the acute cause of Schitosomiasis and 93.75% in the chronic cause of Schitosomiasis. The cross-reaction rates are not exist in the clonorchiasis cases and paragonimiasis cases. This method is a simple assay with higher sensitivity and specificity method and for application Schitosomiasis diagnosis.
