摘要
针对齿轮故障诊断算法进行了研究,利用小波变换将齿轮故障信号分解到不同尺度,提取出共振频带,再对信号进行频谱分析得到小波包络谱,从包络谱上获取齿轮故障特征信息.通过仿真表明,利用所提出的方法对齿轮故障进行了较准确的诊断,达到了较好的目标.
The gear fault signal analysis based on the wavelet transform is studied. Firstly, the gear fault characteristics are analyzed, and the wavelet transform is used to decompose the vibration acceleration signals of gear faults to different scales, and the resonance frequency band is extracted. Afterward, the Hirbert transform is used to demodulate the signals, and the frequency analysis of the signals demodulated has been done to obtain the wavelet spectra from which the fault characteristic information of gear is obtained. Finally, the analysis and validation have been done by using the ball gear fault data which have been gathered form the ball gear fault test-bed. The results show that the method is very effective.
