产朊假丝酵母种子液培养基的优化

Optimization of the Medium Components of Candida utilis

采用单因素及正交实验,对产朊假丝酵母的培养基组成(麦汁、酵母浸出粉、尿素、无机盐)进行优化,结果表明:以麦汁浓度6.5°Bé,酵母浸出粉0.08%,尿素0.12%,K2HPO40.06%,CaCl20.025%为最佳培养基组成,在此条件下,酵母细胞数可达3.2×108.mL-1.

The medium components of Candida utilis seed liquid were investigated through single factor and orthogonal tests, the experiments showed that the optimum medium was composed of 6.5°Be wheat juice, yeast extract concentration 0.08 percent, urea 0.12 percent, potassium phosphate dibasic 0.06 percent, calcium chloride 0. 025 percent. Under the condition, the cell number of Candida utilis reached to 3.2×10^8·mL-1.
