From aspects of the supply-demand relationship, characteristics of commodity and technology, the paper analyzes the factors that influence the profit distribution in the different links of value chain, and reveals the law of profit flow from tech-mature link to tech-premature link. The effect of sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation upon profit transition between different value chain are compared. The choice of innovation strategy about developing country in the information age is discussed at last.
