风险与不确定性对农户劳动力资源配置的影响——基于西部地区8个样本村的实证分析

On the Influence of Risk and Uncertainty to the Allocation of Labor Resources——An Empirical Study for Eight Sample Villages in the Western Region

在利用农村社会调查资料的基础上,通过一般统计分析与计量估计,旨在揭示市场化程度不断提高的背景下,农户面临的各种风险和不确定性及其对劳动力资源配置的影响。研究结果表明,风险与不确定性不仅来自农户家庭外部,而且也来自于家庭内部,成为影响农户优化劳动力资源配置的主要障碍。形成政府、社会、农户一体化的风险分散与防范机制,是降低农户面临的各种风险、优化劳动力资源配置的主要手段。

This paper,based on the survey of rural areas in the western region,using statistical and metric method,discusses the risk and uncertainty that the farmers encounter and reveals the influence of the risk and uncertainty to the allocation of labor resources in the course of continuously developed marketization.The results show that the risk and uncertainty come not only from the internal but also from the external of the families.And the risk and uncertainty have hindered the allocation of labor resources.Thus,it is necessary to build the mechanism of risk prevention and dispersion among the government,society and farmers so as to decrease the possibility of risk occurrence and optimize the allocation of labor resources.
