一株野生大型真菌的ITS分析及生物学特征研究 被引量:14

摘要 以在野外采集的一株具有大型子实体的野生真菌为研究对象,对其进行了形态学鉴定和ITS(internal transcribed spacer)序列测序鉴定,确定野生菌为大白口蘑.进一步对其菌丝生长特性进行研究,表明该野生大白口蘑生长所需的最佳碳源和氮源分别是葡萄糖和麸皮,最适碳氮比是25∶1,最适生长温度为29℃,最适pH为6.5,光照抑制菌丝生长,与2个栽培品种台湾金福菇和荆西口蘑具有明显的拮抗反应. This is a study of a large wild fungus which has been identified as Tricholoma lobayense Heim according to the results of morphological and ITS(internal transcribed spacer) sequence identification.The analysis of its biological characteristics showed that the optimum carbon and the nitrogen source were the glucose and the wheat bran respectively,and the optimum carbon nitrogen ratio was about 25∶1,the optimum growth temperature was 29 ℃,the optimum pH value was 6.5;light inhibited the growth of hyphae.Antagonistic effects were confirmed between wild T.lobayense and two cultivated species of Taiwan Jin Fu and Jing Xi Tricholoma.
