马勃的抗炎镇痛实验研究

Experimental study of Lasiosphaera Seu Calratia on anti-inflammatory and analgesia

目的研究马勃的抗炎镇痛作用,为临床使用提供依据。方法采用蛋清致大鼠足肿胀实验、大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验观察马勃的抗炎作用;采用醋酸扭体法观察马勃的镇痛作用。结果马勃能明显减轻蛋清致大鼠足肿胀的程度,能明显减轻大鼠棉球肉芽肿的重量,能明显减少小鼠醋酸所致的扭体次数。结论马勃具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Lasiosphaera Seu Calratia by pharmacological experiments,and provide the basis for its clinical use.METHODS The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by rat foot swelling model induced by albumen and rat cotton ball granuloma model;The analgesic action was observed by mouse acetic acid writhing test.RESULTS Lasiosphaera Seu Calratia can obviously lessen rats hind paw swelling,reduce the weights of rats cotton ball granuloma,and decrease the mice writhing times.CONCLUSION Lasiosphaera Seu Calratia had obviously anti-inflammatory and analgesia effects.
