RP-HPLC法测定清热神芎丸中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in Qingre Shenxiong Pill by RP-HPLC

目的建立以RP-HPLC法测定清热神芎丸中黄芩含量的测定方法,确保药品的质量。方法采用RP-HPLC法测定制剂中黄芩苷的含量。Kromasil C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）柱;甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液（45∶55）为流动相;检测波长280nm。结果黄芩苷0.4212-2.1060μg范围内,进样量与色谱峰面积之间呈良好线性关系,r=0.99995。平均加样回收率为99.23%,RSD为0.82%（n=6）。结论本法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of baicalin in Qingre Shenxiong Pill by RP-HPLC and ensure the qualilty of this drug.METHODS To determine the content of baicalin in the praeparatum.The experiment conditions were kromasil C18（4.6×250mm,5μm） column,using Methanol-0.2% H3PO4（45∶55） as the mobile phase and detection wavelength was 280 nm.RESULTS The linear range of this method was 0.4212～2.1060μg,r=0.99995.The average recovery was 99.23% and the RSD was 0.82%（n=6）.CONCLUSION This mothod had better specificity,high accuracy,good reproducibility and can be used for quality control of Qingre Shenxiong Pill.
