摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定马来酸氟吡汀胶囊中马来酸氟吡汀含量的方法。方法采用phenomenexC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相组成为甲醇-水-甲酸(50∶50∶1),流速0.5mL·min^-1,检测波长为347nm,进样量为20μL,。结果马来酸氟吡汀的浓度在36.36-84.84μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=1.0000。平均回收率为99.86%,RSD为0.74%。结论本法简便、快捷、准确,可用于马来酸氟吡汀胶囊中马来酸氟吡汀的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of flupirtine maleate in Flupirtine Maleate Capsules by RP-HPLC.METHODS The RP-HPLC analysis used phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)as analysis column and the mobile phase was methanol-water-formic acid(50∶50∶1) with the flow rate of 0.5mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 347nm.The sample size was 20μL.RESULTS The linear range of flupirtine maleate was 36.36~84.84μg·mL^-1,r=1.0000.The average recovery was 99.86%,The RSD was 0.74%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid,accurate and can be used to determine the flupirtine maleate in Flupirtine Maleate Capsules.
