Prompting new generation migrant workers to merge into urban development becomes the inevitable trend in the process of industrialization and urbanization. Many provinces in China have already taken the based-on-the-facts methods to promote this process,among which the integrating system initiated by Guangdong province has great significance to be taken as reference.
