摘要
大中型水利水电工程建设"征地长期补偿"是近几年来部分省(区)在征地补偿和移民安置方面所作的最新探索和热点问题。本文从征地性质切入,对大中型水利水电工程建设"征地长期补偿"的基本内涵进行了较为深入的分析,阐明了其征收、补偿等本质属性,进而对"征地长期补偿"与土地入股、土地租赁等容易混淆的问题进行了区分和辨别,对理论研究和实际工作有积极意义。
In recent years,＂Long-term Compensation for Land Requisition＂ of large-middle scale conservancy and hydropower projects is a newly researching and hot issue,which some provinces（regions） make in terms of land requisition compensation and resettlement.Beginning from the nature of land,the article in-depth analyzes the basic connotation of ＂Long-term Compensation for Land Requisition＂ of large-middle scale conservancy and hydropower projects,illustrates the essential attribute of requisition and compensation,and then distinguishes the ＂Long-term Compensation for Land Requisition＂ from the land shares and land lease.It has a positive significance for theoretical study and practical work.
