高职院校人才培养模式的改革,对高职院校的学生思想政治教育及党建工作提出了新要求,学生公寓作为思想政治工作的重要载体和党建工作的重要平台,作用显得更加突出,重视并做好学生公寓的思想政治教育工作,对提高大学生的综合素质、培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人、造就高素质的劳动者有着积极的影响。

The dormitory is not only the main place for university students to live and study,it is also where ideas are exchanged,information disseminated and various issues discussed.It plays an important role in the development of students＇ basic civilized habits and the formation of their world view,life philosophy and values.Prioritizing the ideological and political education in university students＇ dormitory is greatly conducive to the enhancement of their general quality,the cultivation of successors of the socialist cause and the development of highly qualified future workers.
