摘要
对"双师素质"教师应具备的基本要求做了阐述,分析了制约高职院校"双师素质"教师队伍的因素,提出了培养"双师素质"师资队伍的具体措施。
This article discusses that the ＂Double Quality＂ Teachers should have the basic requirements,and analyzes the factors constraining voca-tional colleges ＂dual quality＂ teachers,and suggests specific measures to train ＂Double Quality＂ Teachers.
