新疆女性人力资源开发探析

摘要 新疆女性人力资源开发具有非常重要的现实意义。文章结合新疆文化特点,从法律政策保障、加大教育投入、转变社会传统观念等视角,探讨促进女性人力资源开发的措施,以期推动新疆文化发展,形成女性人力资源开发—女性受教育程度更高—人文社会更加协调发展的良性循环。 Female human resources’ development in Xinjiang has very important practical significance.With the cultural characteristics in Xinjiang,the article analyzes the measures promoting female human resources’ development from the perspectives of legal and policy protection,increasing in-vestment in education,changing the traditional social concept and so on.Then these will promote the cultural development,and form a virtuous circle of female human resources’ development—female’s education is much more--the development of humanities and society is more coordinated.
