Female human resources’ development in Xinjiang has very important practical significance.With the cultural characteristics in Xinjiang,the article analyzes the measures promoting female human resources’ development from the perspectives of legal and policy protection,increasing in-vestment in education,changing the traditional social concept and so on.Then these will promote the cultural development,and form a virtuous circle of female human resources’ development—female’s education is much more--the development of humanities and society is more coordinated.
