Uygur Diet Custom and Gender Consciousness

中华饮食文化博大精深,源远流长。维吾尔族在漫长的历史进程中形成了具有本民族特色的饮食文化。本文主要介绍和分析了维吾尔族在饮食及饮食活动中的男女性别角色差异以及不同的分工及由此体现出的维吾尔族性别观。

Chinese food culture is profound of long standing.Since ancient uygur living in xinjiang,in the long history of the process of forming national characteristics of diet culture,from it we can see the Uighur gender consciousness.This paper introduces and analyzes the uygurs in the diet and the activities of gender roles and different division of differences as well as the reflects of uygur gender.
