摘要
以职务犯罪为例并从职务类案件中犯罪嫌疑人的心理入手,结合对侦查主观性方法的运用、探索和分析,立足侦查人员主体办案的主观性因素在侦查方法中能动性的体现。并试图建立严密、清晰的侦查逻辑和完整独立的侦查方法和手段。
Taking post crime as an example,and from the crime mental states of suspects,with the application,study and analysis of investigative subjective methods,based on subjective factors of the processing of detectives’ investigation in the expressions of the activity of investigative methods,the author tries to find rigor and clear investigative logics and entire and dependent way to investigate.
