摘要
通过介绍马钢一铁总厂中速磨2#风机采用现场动平衡技术而消除振动超标现象,通过和在平衡机上做动平衡的对比,显现了现场动平衡的优点及应用价值,强调了现场动平衡技术能够快速解决冶金设备运行中突发问题。
This paper introduces that how the excessive vibration of the No.2 air blower of mid-speed grinding mill,which is at No.1 Iron Making plant of Masteel,is reduced by using the field kinetic equilibrium technique.Through the comparison between equilibrator and field dynamic equilibrium,it shows the advantage and value of the field dynamic equilibrium,and also emphasizes that the technique can solve the live problems quickly in the operation of metallurgical equipment.
