摘要
通过对模块式教学基本理论的阐述,提出模块式培训课程教材的开发构想与应用,探讨适合员工职业技能特性的培训课程模式。
Through description of the basic theory in this article,propose the concept of development and application in the training modules program,explore the pattern of training curriculum,it will adapt to training of professional skills for employees.
