信息化与先进轨道交通装备制造业融合的动力机制

Dynamic mechanism of information technology integrating with advanced rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry

伴随信息技术的飞速发展,西方轨道交通装备制造强国纷纷推动本国信息化与工业化的融合,中国也在"十七大"上明确提出两化融合的发展理念。从界定信息化与先进轨道交通装备制造业融合入手,追溯国内外信息化与先进轨道交通装备制造业融合的实践背景与发展历程。从内部驱动力、外部推动力和政府引导力3个方面剖析信息化与先进轨道交通装备制造业融合的动力机制,并以此为基础提出融合的强化机制。

With the rapid development of the information technology,rail transportation equipment manufacturing power in the West has promoted the integration of national informationalization and industrialization,China has also clearly put forward the development concept of ＂two of fusion＂ in the 17th National People＇s Congress of CPC.The paper first defined the integration of the information technology and advanced rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry,backed to the practice background and development process of the information technology integrating with advanced rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad.Then it analyzed the dynamic mechanism of information technology integrating with advanced rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry from three aspects,i.e.the internal drive,the external drive and the government guidance force.Based on this,it proposed the strengthening mechanism of integration.
