中国农村公共服务供给存在的问题及对策

Problems of rural public service supply of China and countermeasures

目前中国农村公共服务供给存在供给总量不足、供给结构失衡、公共服务供给不公等问题,因此完善中国农村公共服务的供给在当前建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会的进程中具有深刻意义。从农村公共服务的基本理论入手,分析农村公共服务供给的特点、现状、存在的突出问题及造成问题的原因,并借鉴国外成功经验,提出完善中国农村公共服务供给的对策。

There are some problems in rural public service supply today,such as insufficient total supply,imbalance of the supply structure and injustice of the public service supply,etc.Therefore,improving the supply of rural public services has profound significance in the process of building a new socialist countryside and constructing harmonious society currently.Starting from the basic theory of rural public services,the paper analyzed the characteristics,status quo,outstanding problems of rural public service supply as well as the cause of the problems.Then learning from the successful experience of foreign countries,it put forward a sound rural public service supply response.
