This paper discusses the management model of forest resource in Yinggeling Nature Reserve.The core is summerized as TMC Model,which stands for motivated Team ＋ adaptive Management ＋ engaged Community.Team management is the foundation for resource management,administration mechanism is the driving force for sustained advancement,and community is the external environment of resource managemenet.The cause of sustainable reservation and management of forest resource is only possible when these three aspects are well combined.
