摘要
研究了粉末活性炭从水溶液吸附两种染料(活性艳蓝KN-R、分散深蓝S-3BG)的吸附特性,并从动力学角度探讨了吸附机理.结果表明,相同条件下粉末活性炭对活性艳蓝KN-R的平衡吸附量大于分散深蓝S-3BG;伪二级动力学模型可以精确描述两种染料在粉末活性炭上的吸附动力学行为;此外,研究表明颗粒内扩散过程是染料吸附速率的控制步骤,但不是唯一的速率控制步骤,吸附速率同时还受颗粒外扩散过程的控制.
The adsorption characters of two dyes(Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R;Disperse Deep Blue S-3BG)on powder activated carbon in aqueous solution were studied.The adsorption mechanism was developed in view of adsorption kinetics.The results show that the equilibrium adsorption capacity of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R is larger than Disperse Deep Blue S-3BG under the same conditions,and both the adsorption behavior of two dyes could be described by pseudo second-order kinetic mode1accurately.Moreover,the adsorption rate of the powder activated carbon to the dyes is not only controlled by intra-particle diffusion but also by extra-particle diffusion process.
