摘要
目的:观察大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)中钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)活性的变化,以及参麦注射液(SMI)对其的影响。方法:24只大鼠随机分为3组(n=8):假手术组、心肌缺血再灌注模型组和参麦注射液治疗组,检测各组在缺血30min,再灌注2h后心肌CaN的变化。结果:模型组大鼠与假手术组相比,心肌CaN活性明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组相比,参麦治疗组大鼠心肌CaN活性明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:参麦注射液可以抑制大鼠心肌的CaN活性,从而对缺血再灌注心肌起到保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection(SMI)on activity of calcineurin during myocardium ischemia-reperfusion in rats.Methods:24 rats were divided randomly into 3 groups(n=8):sham-operated group,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion(MIR)model group and SMI group.The activity of calcineurin(CaN)was checked after 30 minutes ischemia and 2 hours reperfusion.Results:Compared with that of sham-operated group,the activity of CaN increased significantly(P0.01)in MIR model group;and compared with that of MIR model group,the activity of CaN decreased significantly(P0.01)in SMI group.Conclusion:Shenmai injection can protect the myocardial function by decreasing CaN activity on ischemia-reperfusion myocardium in rats.
