摘要
列举了冷却水系统的几种常见形式,针对目前应用广泛,节能效果明显的一次泵变流量系统,提出了阀门开度最大化的控制方法,并分别对三种方法的原理、方法和能耗做了比较,最后得出了三种控制方法的能耗关系。结果表明,阀门开度最大化的控制方法优于温差控制和压差控制。
This paper enumerated some familiar forms of cooling water system.According to the variable water volume (VWV) system with primary pump,control strategy of changing valve limit has been devised.Compare and analysis has been taken among the temperature control,pressure control and changing valve limit control.Energy consumption is compared and the result showed that the new control strategy was the best in the three ways.
