目的:观察中药治疗腘静脉肌袢代瓣术后患肢难治性肿胀的疗效方法:选择10例患者根据症状选用涤痰汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗。结果:本组10例全部有效,经治疗后不影响日常生活结论:中药对腘静脉肌袢代瓣术后患肢难治性肿胀效果良好。
