The Experience of TCM Differentiation in Treating Lilei Disease

目的:总结洪素兰教授治疗瘰疬的经验。方法:从该病的病因病机着手,辨证分型论治,硬结型(早期):给予疏肝解郁、化痰散结之法;脓肿期(中期):正气未衰,毒邪亦盛者,以托里透脓。正虚邪实者,宜扶正托毒;破溃期(后期)用扶正托透,祛除余邪之法;术后久不敛口,用渗湿健脾、益气养阴、活血生肌之法。结果与结论:采用辨证分型内外治法结合治疗瘰疬,效果显著,适合临床推广应用。

Health qi deficent and pathogenic enough, should be tonifying health qi and remove pathogenic factor. Burst （late）, removing torte with centralizer over evil, Not long after, use after operation per ceolating dampness and fortifies the spleen, tonifying qi and yin proroots blood cirrculation to produce mucsle blood, born of muscle. Results and conclusion ： the syndrome differentiation and combination therapy LuoLi treatment is suitable for clinical application.
