摘要
目的:建立肝康复中丹皮酚测定方法。方法:采用shim-pack-vp-ODS150mm×4.6mm(columnsize);甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相;检测波长为274nm。结果:丹皮酚线性范围为0.16-0.48μg,平均加样回收率为99.06%,RSD为0.57%。结论:该方法重复性好,色谱分离效果好,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of paeonol in Gan Kangfu. Methods： Shim -pack -vp -ODS 150 × 4.6 （column size） was used with metby alcohol- water（70：30 ） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 274nm. Results： The linear range of paeonol was from 0.16 to 0.48μg ,the average recovery rate was 99.06% , RSD was 0.57%. Conculsion： The experiment shows that this method is well reproducible, good chromatographic resolution, accurate results and reliable to be used in the determination of paeonol in Gan Kangfu.
