摘要 目的:优选增免强力颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:以出浸膏量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交设计优选水提法的最佳提取条件。结果:①水提提取的影响因素程度依次为:C(提取次数)>A(提取时间)>B(加水量)。②最佳水提工艺条件为:先浸泡1h,再加水煎煮提取3次,第1次提取1.5h,加8倍量水;第2次、第3次各提取1h,加6倍量水。结论:确定了增免强力颗粒合理的提取工艺。 Objective: To investigate a extraction technology of Zengmian Qiangli Granules. Methods : Using the the rate of dried extracts, the optimum extraction conditions of water extraction was determined by the orthogonal experimental design of L9 ( 34 ). Results : ( 1 ) The influencing effects of factor of water extraction were as follows : C (extraction frequency) 〉 A ( extraction time) 〉 B ( added water volum). (2) The optimum water extraction technique was to steep 1 hour, and extract 3 times with water. First, extract 1.5 hour, and added 8 times water. Second and third extract 1 hour, and added 6 times water each. Conclusion:The extracting optimum technology are rational.
