目的:探讨醋炙柴胡对柴胡注射液中有效成分的影响。方法:用北柴胡的生药及其醋炙品,加工制成柴胡注射液。挥发油的提取和注射剂的制备工艺不变,然后对柴胡注射液进行定性定量比较。结果:醋炙柴胡制成的主射剂的鉴别和吸收度明显优于生柴胡。结论:生产柴胡注射液用醋炙柴胡为好。
