摘要
目的:探讨茵栀黄口服液的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以黄芩苷含量和干浸膏得率为评价指标,考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数和醇沉浓度4个影响因素,采用正交试验设计法对茵栀黄口服液提取工艺进行优选。结果:优选得到的最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1h,醇沉浓度为60%。结论:该优化工艺条件科学合理,提取效率高,稳定可行。
Objective: To investigate the best extraction process of Yinzhihuang oral liquid. Methods: The content of baicalin and dry extract yield were served as evaluation indexes for examining multiple - sum of adding water, extraction time, extraction frequency and alcohol precipitation concentration, and the extraction process of Yinzhihuang oral liquid was optimized by orthogonal experimental design. Results: The best optimized extracting condition was as follows; 10 times of water, to be extracted for three times, one hour for each time and 60% of alcohol precipitation concentration. Conclusion: The optimum process conditions are scientific and rational with high extraction efficiency, and stable and feasible.
