活络止痛汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

Clinical Curative Effect of Huoluozhitong Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Artery Disease Angina

目的:观察活络止痛汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将确诊的120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组,在常规治疗基础上加用活络止痛汤治疗;对照组采用常规治疗。结果:治疗组的临床有效率明显优于对照组,心电图ST段改善率亦优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:活络止痛汤治疗冠心病心绞痛安全、有效。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of huoluozhitong decoction in the treatment of coronary artery disease anginal. Methods： 120 patients diagnosed coronary heart disease with angina were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group in conventional treatment combined with huoluozhitong decoction, The control group were with conventional treatment. Results： Clinical effective treatment group was better than control, electrocardiogram st - segment period is better than control group, have significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Huoluozhitong decoction in the treatment of coronary artery disease angina was safe and effective.
