构建中西医护理实训教学体系的研究与探索

Research and Exploration in Building the Teaching System of Traditional Chinese Nursing Train and West Nursing Train

目的:探讨构建中西医护理实训教学体系。方法:通过加强护理实训中心硬件、软件设施的完善,建设制定一系列管理制度,探索出规范化、科学化的管理模式,实行资源共享,使有限的资源得到最大的发挥利用。结果:构建课堂实训教学、开放实训室两位一体的护理实训教学立体模式,形成具有"整体化、多功能、开放式"护理实训教学体系。结论:为提高学生临床技能水平,增强学生临床实践能力,提供一个全新的平台。

Objective： Exploration in building the teaching system of Traditional and West mursing. Methods： By equipping hardware and software in nursing train center, and working out a series of management rules, get a standard and scientific management model that makes more people shared these resources. Results and Conclusion ： Though building a teaching model that teaches students operations in lesson and lets students train in spare time freely, form a teaching system of nursing train with holistic, multifunctional and open characters. To enhance students＇ clinic operation level, strength students＇ clinic practice ability, provide a new platform.
