摘要 中部的崛起人才是关键。虽然近年来中部各地的人才战略取得了显著成效,但仍存在着人不能尽其才、才不能尽其用的人才浪费,此即所谓的人才"潜流失"。浓厚的"官本位"意识和作茧自缚式的人才歧视是导致中部人才"潜流失"的深层原因。确立"才本位"观念、建构"多梯制"人才发展通道,以及重视团队建设追求组织目标的实现,是解决中部人才"潜流失"的基本途径。 The human resources is the key to the rise of the central region of China. In recent years, the strategy of talent has achieved significant results throughout the central of China, but there are still people with talent who can not play on their role and plenty of talents wasted that is called the potential loss of talent, Strong "official-centred" and cocoon-like sense of discrimination led to the potential loss of human resources. Establishing the concept of talent-centred and construct the elevator system of talent development channel, and pay more attention on building teams to pursue the goals of the organization is to solve the central talent potential loss" of basic channels.
