阻碍高校图书馆发展的因素有很多,但不受学校重视、经费严重的不足、去职业化与去专业化现象严重、从业人员进取意识不强等四个方面成为影响高校图书馆发展的关键所在。

There are many factors that impede the development of college library. However, the followings are the key factors of the impediment： leader＇s insufficient attention to it; the serious shortage of funds; the serious phenomenon of non-professionalism and non-specialization; and the weak enterprising consciousness of the jobholders.
