Aids与正常人各125例头发ICP35种元素检验结果比较

摘要 笔者从南京、贵州、安徽、海南、广西、河南先后采集Aids头发样品男53例、女72例共125例,其中最大年龄68岁最小仅2岁,其平均年龄39.56岁。选择相同性别、年龄正常人125例配对,用ICP法测35种元素,本文报告31种元素检验结果,经t-检验:(平均值的成对二样分析)发现:Aids与正常人比较发中:Bi、Cd、Mn、Pb、Ti、Fe、Al、Sc等8种元素含量呈正相关;而Co、Cu、Ge、Mo、Sb、Zn、Ce、Th、Ca等9种元素含量呈负相关。从而揭示了Hiv病毒导致体内元素代谢不平衡的秘密,为元素平衡医学食疗提供解决Aids科学依据。笔者依据Aids发中元素含量特征对部分Aids家属及子女发样检验发现:发样ICP-35种元素检验法,是检验Aids既灵敏又可靠方法。笔者认为该法是大面积人群中Hiv感染者筛查的简便、科学方法。而且,发样采集较血样采集安全、简便、易保存和运输、不受时间限制、经济等优点。 Total 125 hair samples of aids patients were collected from Nanjing, Guizhou, Hainan, Guangxi anf Henan. In 53 cases of man Hairs and 72 cases of woman hairs, the patients age were averaged 39.56 old, the eldest age is 68 old and the smallest age is 2 old. The 125 normal people having same gender and age were elected as Controls. The determination results about 31 kinds of elements were tested through t-test. It is found that the contents of 8 kinds of element, i.e. Bi, Cd, Mn, Pb, Ti, Fe, A1 and Sc, in hairs of aids patients were related with normal controls positively. But the contents of 9 kinds of element, i.e. Co, Cu, Ge, Mo, Sb, Zn, Ce, Th and Ca, in hairs of aids patients were related with that of normal controls negatively. The secrecy was found that the non-balance of metabolism of elements in human body was introduced by HIV virus. Therefore the scientific foundations were established for diet therapy of aids based on balance medicine. The ICP detection method for 35 kinds of elements in hair was sensitive and credibility for test aids. In author's opinion, this method is a simple and scientific method for check out patients infected with HIV in a large-scale of people. Furthermore, collective of hair samples is safety, simply, easy to conservation and to transportation, non time limited and economically.
