以德国维斯马老港口区厂房改造和利用设计为研究对象,从空间设计、热交换、通风等方面进行了阐述。着重讨论用"屋中屋"形式和"节能技术"手段对德国某历史建筑的改造设计,旨在为我国的历史建筑改造工作提供借鉴。

This article used the methods of transformation of the old factory in the old port lands of Weimar in Germany as the research object.Then the article illustrates the key points from the angle of spatial design,heating exchange,ventilation and other aspects.The article stressed the usage of ＂house in house＂ form and ＂energy-saving tech＂ method to transform some traditional buildings in Germany.So we can gain some experiences forthe reuse of historical buildings in China.
