摘要
在对辽宁省辽河流域生态补偿实践及问题进行分析的基础上,从经济、管理、社会、法律等多个角度提出了辽宁省辽河流域生态补偿机制的推进对策,对建立独具特色的省内辽河流域生态补偿机制,实现省内辽河流域区域经济社会的和谐发展起到了良好的指导作用。
On the basis of the analysis of the practices and issue of the Liao River basin ecological compensation mechanism in Liaoning Province,from multiple angles of the economic,administrative,social and legal aspect,this article proposed the measures to improve the Liao River basin ecological compensation mechanism in Liaoning Province.It is a good guide to build a unique ecological compensation mechanism and regional economic and social harmony and development in Liao Riverbasin in Liaoning Province.
