Application of Theory of Constraints to the Technique Obstacles of Engineering Insurance

从影响我国开展工程保险业务的约束因素出发,运用约束理论的现状树、云团消散图、期况树和前提条件树等工具进行分析和研究,找出解决约束因素的方法,提出保险公司委托监理机构提供工程保险业务开展的技术服务来改善约束。

Based on the current constraints of engineering insurance in our country,the article analyzes the tools of current reality tree,evaporating cloud,future reality tree and prerequisite tree,which included by the theory of constraints.And then the article finds out the way to solve the constraints and put forward that insurance company could entrust supervision company,which provides technique services,in order to solve obstacles of the development of engineering insurance.
