区域智力资本对经济增长方式转变的影响机理分析

Study on the Influence Mechanism of Regional Intellectual Capital on the Promotion of Economic Growth Pattern Transformation

区域智力资本已经成为经济增长方式转变和创新型国家建设的重要源泉,基于区域智力资本的内涵,将区域智力资本划分为人力资本、创新资本和环境资本三大类,分析了区域智力资本与经济增长方式转变的关系,阐述了区域智力资本对经济增长方式由粗放型、投资拉动型、政府主导型向集约型、消费推动型以及市场主导型转变的影响机理。

Regional intellectual capital has become an importmant source to change the ways of economic growth and innovation-oriented nation building.Based on the connotation of regional intellectual capital,this paper classified regional intellectual capital into human capital,innovation capital and environmental capital.And then,the article analyzed the influence mechanism of regional intellectual capital on the promotion of economic growth pattern transformation,from extensive to intensive,from investment-based to consumer-driven,and from government leading to market dominant.
