摘要 通过文献梳理,着重分析制度安排与团队绩效间的关系。指出各种制度安排会对团队成员的个人行为与积极性产生影响,良好的制度利于增强团队信任,进而促进团队成员间的隐性知识共享,形成新的组织知识,使得团队绩效得以持续性改进和提升。 Team is a form of organization usually used in the operating process of businesses.Team performance will directly affect the whole organization's efficiency and performance.A large number of relevant research literatures have showed that there were many factors affecting team performance,this paper puts emphasis on analyzing the relationship between institutional arrangements and team performance by combing previous literatures.This paperproposes that various institutional arrangements will affect individual behavior and motivation of team members,a good system can strengthen the team trust among team members,so as to promote sharing of hidden knowledge and to form organizational knowledge,eventually making team performance attain continuous improvement and enhancement.
