基于就业导向下的理工科大学生人文素质教育研究

Education Research of Human Quality of Science and Engineering Students according to the Employment

针对理工科大学生的人文素质现状,应从转变观念入手,加强对其进行人文精神的培养;优化人文素质课程结构,增设与就业创业相关的人文素质课程;并运用灵活多样的人文素质教育教学方法和手段增强教育效果,从而提高理工科大学生的人文素质,以适应社会发展对人才的需求。

The recent survey which made in the science and engineering students by questionnaires and case interviews have found that human quality constrained college students to hunt for job successfully.The reason is that science and engineering students are short of human quality,the correct values and views on life have not built up,the practice is inadequate.According to the current situation,we should adjust our education concept to improving the training of students＇ humanism firstly.Then,we should optimize the course structure and increase humanities courses related to employment and entrepreneurship secondly.What＇s more,it is essential that using flexible and diversified ways and means to enhance the efficiency of human quality education in order to ensure the science and engineering students to meet the requirements of social development.
